Problem
- Isotretinoin treatment is a 6+ month commitment with a moving dose curve and meaningful side effects. Existing tracking options are a notes app or nothing.
- Reaching people early in their treatment means showing up where they already research, not paying for ads.
Approach
- Shipped the smallest useful version: dose log, side-effect tracker, photo timeline.
- Built a repeatable TikTok content workflow (research-backed slideshows on side effects, treatment timelines, and myth-busting) to grow distribution organically.
- A/B tested paywall variants (single-screen layout, CTA aligned left vs. right) to lift conversion.
- Tightened onboarding based on real drop-off data; iterated weekly.
